Our new wellness lounge is a creative, cozy haven designed for connection, inspiration, and pure comfort. Think hammock, daybed, plush couch, and pillows everywhere. A space where you can gather for yoga, art classes, book clubs, DJ-led glow parties, or simply chill with friends in a place that’s not a bar. A vibe-filled venue for workshops, mini-retreats, or spontaneous moments of joy. We’re here to share healing techniques that can elevate your everyday life and help you feel your absolute best.

 

 

This isn’t just about the body; this is soul medicine.

Come to our serene downtown studio into a space where healing meets intention. Our immersive sessions blend ancient wisdom with modern technique.  From reiki, craniosacral, and lymphatic therapies to neuromuscular release, sports recovery, cupping, trigger point, myofascial work, restorative resonance of sound therapy, yoga, chakra alignment and beyond, all intuitively tailored to your body’s unique rhythm.

About It's a Vibe

Bringing You the Serenity of your Vibe

The owner and founder of It's a Vibe' Shannon, a native of Austin, Texas, whose passion for travel led her to discover the serene outdoors of Colorado. Trained at the esteemed Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, Shannon offers a unique healing approach blending breath and restorative techniques, backed by over 1000 hours of education.

 

Facing her own health challenges in 2018, Shannon embraced in more holistic solutions like daily hot yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition, leading to a profound transformation, and felt compelled to share these healing practices with others.

 

Driven by a desire to deepen her understanding of holistic living, she became certified in Yoga. Specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Somatic healing, and Trauma informed yoga. Then went for her certification as a sound educator in Australia and brought back her expertise to The States to host workshops.

 

At "It's a Vibe," Shannon invites you on a holistic wellness journey, offering personalized attention and a range of services including rejuvenating massages, tranquil sound baths and transformative yoga classes. What Is Yoma Therapy?

Yoma Therapy is a 2.5 hour signature healing experience that blends the grounding practice of yoga, the restorative power of massage, and the vibrational depth of sound therapy, all in one intentional session.

You’ll be gently guided through breathwork and mindful movement, while your body is supported with assisted stretching and therapeutic touch drawn from Thai massage, myofascial release, and energy work. As tension melts away, healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls and sound instruments wash over you, calming the nervous system and restoring energetic balance.

This full-spectrum session is designed to open your body, quiet your mind, and help you reconnect with your inner self. Whether you're seeking physical relief, emotional release, or deep stillness, Yoma Therapy meets you exactly where you are, and invites you back to wholeness.

To ensure your place, please reserve your spot online in advance (you can pay at the door (cash, zelle, Venmo, or online w/ credit card) and plan to arrive a little early. This helps us begin each class smoothly, without disruptions.
Classes will start promptly at the scheduled time, and for everyone’s safety and peace of mind, doors will be locked once class begins.

YIN FOR THE SOUL W/ BECCA -  $20
Sink into stillness with this deeply restorative practice designed to nourish your body and calm your mind. Yin Yoga focuses on long, gentle holds that release tension in the deeper connective tissues while encouraging presence and surrender. It’s the perfect reset for your nervous system. A slow, soulful experience to balance life’s fast pace and reconnect with your inner peace.

FLOW & EXPLORE W/ MARGARET - DONATION BASED

This class originated here in PS in 2002.  All levels welcome, yet tailored physically and verbally for experienced students. In this flowing, active, strengthening, yet spacious class, all arises through our combined energy, and is woven with ancient philosophies. Come unite with the group as well as your individual diverse self while tailoring the postures to what your body calls for in the moment.  Please bring 2 mats,(hard surface) and dress in layers.

MOVE AND FLOW W/ ANDI ( Beginner Mobility) - $15

Discover the joy of movement and the freedom that comes from building better mobility. This beginner-friendly class focuses on gentle stretching, joint health, and mindful movement. Perfect for anyone wanting to move with more ease, confidence, and body awareness.

SOUNDWAVE SERENITY W/ SHANNON - DONATION BASED

Discover the joy of movement and the freedom that comes from building better mobility. This beginner-friendly class focuses on gentle stretching, joint health, and mindful movement. Perfect for anyone wanting to move with more ease, confidence, and body awareness.

LEVEL UP YOGA W/ SHANNON - DONATION BASED
An energizing, strength-focused yoga class designed to tone your core and glutes while deepening your mind-body connection. Using blocks and resistance bands, you’ll move with intention through powerful, purposeful sequences that build stability, confidence, and flow. Expect an uplifting atmosphere, great music, and a supportive space to challenge yourself and level up your practice.

THURSDAYS  7:30 - 8:45 PM 

YIN & TONIC W/ BECCA -  $20 

Unwind and sip your way into serenity. This candlelit Yin Yoga class invites you to slow down, release tension, and restore balance through long, gentle holds and mindful breath. After class, enjoy a refreshing kombucha, the perfect “tonic” for body and soul. A nourishing midweek ritual to reset, relax, and reconnect.

FRIDAY DAYS  4:30 - 5:30 PM 

THE POWER WITHIN W/ ANDI -  $15

Build strength, endurance, and confidence using just your body weight! This full-body workout focuses on functional movement, proper form, and muscle activation, no equipment needed. Expect an empowering, energizing session that leaves you feeling strong, capable, and ready to take on anything.

Fridays - 6:00 - 6:45 PM - Ashtanga 101 Review 

Saturdays -  10:30 - 12 PM  
Explore the roots of Ashtanga yoga. A traditional, structured practice that links breath with movement in a flowing sequence of postures. This class introduces the foundational poses, alignment, and breathing techniques of the Primary Series, helping you build strength, flexibility, and focus. Perfect for beginners ready to experience the balance of discipline and mindfulness that Ashtanga brings.

Balance- Harmony, equilibrium, or stability, alignment of vision, breath, mind, body, spirit and soul. 

Empowerment- Foundational motivational tools for personal success to be uniquely the very best you. 

Carving out dedicated time for self-care is essential for nurturing your overall well-being. Whether it's indulging in a hobby, practicing mindfulness, or simply unwinding with a good book, prioritizing yourself allows you to recharge and thrive.
