About It's a Vibe
Bringing You the Serenity of your Vibe
The owner and founder of It's a Vibe' Shannon, a native of Austin, Texas, whose passion for travel led her to discover the serene outdoors of Colorado. Trained at the esteemed Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, Shannon offers a unique healing approach blending breath and restorative techniques, backed by over 1000 hours of education.
Facing her own health challenges in 2018, Shannon embraced in more holistic solutions like daily hot yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition, leading to a profound transformation, and felt compelled to share these healing practices with others.
Driven by a desire to deepen her understanding of holistic living, she became certified in Yoga. Specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Somatic healing, and Trauma informed yoga. Then went for her certification as a sound educator in Australia and brought back her expertise to the States to host workshops.
At "It's a Vibe," Shannon invites you on a holistic wellness journey, offering personalized attention and a range of services including rejuvenating massages, tranquil sound baths and transformative yoga classes. What's Yoma Therapy ?
Find self-discovery and inner peace through yoga, sound, and massage all in one session. You'll be guided through mindful movements, muscle manipulation and breathwork, while immersing yourself in the healing vibrations of sound therapy. Using singing bowls, we create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility, promoting harmony, relaxation and rejuvenation.

Get ready to sweat, flow, and challenge yourself in a supportive and energizing environment.
We do have extras if you don't!!
